Built in 1846 as a small hotel the property is split over ground, first and second floors. Struan House is presented very well throughout having undergone extensive refurbishments over the years. The property was bought in 2007, trading then with 3 bedrooms, and currently trades with 6 bedrooms. Included within the refurbishments were new 3 phase electricity, new fire alarm system and a fully fitted commercial kitchen.

Internal Details
The property is accessed from Harbour Street into a small porch, which leads straight ahead to an entrance hall with a staircase to the bedrooms and upper floors or to the right leading into the main dining room and reception area.
