The Radnor Arms is a stunning country pub in a beautiful National Trust village between Swindon and Oxford and on the edge of The Cotswolds.

Our local consortium of friends and farmers rescued and renovated the pub and we are ready to hand over the reigns. We operate it as a Ltd company and we propose the new owners buying all the shares of 55K or part share with a min investment of 40K in shares. Then we would assign the lease to the new owners who would have majority share of the Ltd Company. Currently the Ltd company has no debt and operating cash in the bank of around 7-12K. Most of the shareholders are happy to sell and others would be happy to help grow the investment, or step aside, leaving yu majority control to completely run the business, free from control.
