- Ground Floor:
The main entrance to the Property is to the front leading into an entrance foyer and Reception. The Residents’ Lounge is accessible from this central area and will seat approximately 10 persons by way of upholstered leather seats. The Ladies’, Gentleman’s and Disabled Access Toilet Facilities and Cloakroom adjoin the reception, as does the Residents’ Bar which will accommodate approximately 40 persons and is served by way of a corner wooden bar servery.

- First Floor:
There are 14 Letting Bedrooms on this floor, 10 of which have en suite facilities. The bedrooms comprise seven doubles and seven twins and one single room.
There is also a Communal Bathroom, Cleaner’s Store and Linen Store.
There are 8 Letting Bedrooms on this floor, six of which have en suite facilities. These comprise of one double, six twin and single bedroom.

- Third Floor:
There are Two En Suite Family Rooms comprising a double, single and bunk beds and also a single bed with two bunk beds.
Staff overnight Accommodation, with lounge sitting area is also located at this level.
The Manager’s Accommodation is located in the basement, comprising of a lounge, four bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.
An Administration Office and the Beer Store is also located at basement level, as is a sauna.
An independent Boiler providing the hot water and central heating for the basement is located at this level.
The business trades as a family run hotel. There are a number of elements which make up the core business aspects. Whilst primarily the main source of income is derived from the letting accommodation, a significant proportion of income is function trade and all year-round coach work. In terms of the letting accommodation, optimum trading periods are reported to begin at Easter and then run throughout the summer months towards the end of December, with high occupancy levels and reasonable room rates achieved.
