This is a retirement sale and, whilst the company is located in, and can remain in suitable leasehold premises, there is also the option to acquire the business and assets and relocate. This would include all designs and drawings etc. for the current range of products.
The customer base is varied, mostly UK, but with a small number based overseas (Europe and US) .
A full handover is offered to ensure continuation of goodwill and the customer base, and, potentially on an ongoing consultancy basis of required.
