The business is a supplier of IT managed services, IT maintenance and hosted VoIP telephony.

The first priority of the team is always to their clients, acting as trusted advisor's, clarifying requirements, specifying project plans and following through to successful deployment of all the technologies and solutions involved.
The core IT business activities consist of supplying IT services mainly based on Microsoft Windows/Server/Office365 solutions, supplying complete networks as well as associated software and maintenance contracts. The VoIP telephony business model is extremely innovative, and the company has developed it's own in-house software for centralised management of the Cisco hardware. The company is expecting strong growth from the VoIP side of the business, for example winning a substantial installation for a Government funded body.
The company also offers clients managed services such as its own in-house internet backup service, email filtering, and website design/consultancy service. These services have low overheads and offer considerable possibilities for expansion. There is a solid recurring revenue stream which can be developed.
The Company has considerable potential for expansion and development, or could make a valuable addition to an existing established business in the IT sector. Currently, most new sales projects and the healthy cash flow have been generated just from word of mouth recommendations - there has been little direct marketing and advertising carried out and only marginal use made of the Company's presence on the Internet. Also the existing owner has been content to stay relatively focussed on just the local area, and have not exploited the vast opportunity to sell their successful formula further afield. The existing owner would be prepared to give every assistance to ensure a smooth and successful hand over to the new owners. The owner also expresses interest in the possibility of being involved at a senior level in the combined organisation depending on offer made.
The owner prefers to be acquired in full by a larger IT organisation. However, they *may* consider part sale/part staged payment over an agreed time period, depending on the aquiring company and size of offer made. A fully "owner financed sale" will not be considered.
