Season:
The current owners choose to operate between February and October. However, Lynton & Lynmouth attracts visitors all year. So, a longer season is possible, with Christmas and New Year particularly attractive.

No previous experience is required. The owners are happy to arrange hands-on training including a full hand-over and details of all suppliers etc. There is a private Facebook group for local hospitality providers which new owners will find very helpful.

Lynton & Lynmouth:
Lynton & Lynmouth is a twin village. Lynton sits at the top of the cliffs, with Lynmouth, its historic harbour, beach and bay below.

The village is fully occupied year-round with a population of around 1800 people. It offers a rich variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as churches, a town hall, post offices, pharmacy, health centre, fire station, primary school and pre-school. There are clubs and societies to suit all ages and tastes, various sports facilities, including sailing and surfing - and even a cinema.

Exmoor National Park:
Exmoor National Park offers over 265 square miles of dramatic scenery, including some of Britain’s highest cliffs, steep wooded valleys, rolling pasture and miles of open moorland – with many public footpaths and bridleways to enjoy. It is a haven for a wide range of wildlife including wild deer, Exmoor ponies and many species of birds.
