The cafe` is located in center of Hebden Bridge facing the main car park
The premissuse compromises of three rooms and the toilet of which two rooms are used for the seatting areas and the third room at the back is used for kitchen
When we opened this business we did not need to apply for change of use, we were told that because of Covid planning has been relaxed and we do not need to apply for change of use, the Cafe` is also Fully licenced.
At the moment we can only open five days due to other business commitments, but with the way this business has been set up with its commercial kitchen it can and should be open seven days and three or four evenings to enjoy its full potential
Hebden Bridge has many cafes, but nothing like this one, that is the reason why we were able to take our turn over to over 4K per week in first three month of trading with potential to increase this much more with opening seven days and add evening opening

The new buyer can attend the shop from three weeks prior to compeliton of sale, we will provide any necessary trainings as well as any advice needed after the sale is complete.
