WHAT SUPPORT AND TRAINING DO WE PROVIDE?
From day one of your new role as a Valenta business owner, we want you to feel confident. You’ll complete an initial training programme, followed by individual coaching and support to get your business started. We have a well-tested e-learning portal, 1-2-1 support from an Area Developer, a calendar of regular interactions with the whole Valenta network, virtual conferences, in-person conferences and weekly insight sessions.
You’ll also benefit from fortnightly sessions with fellow franchisees, Directors and delivery heads from across the globe, sharing insights, strategies and tactics to make you and your clients successful.
WHAT ARE OUR FRANCHISEE REQUIREMENTS?
Successful franchisees will be able to relate their skills and experience to one of two personas:
- A strong background in B2B sales management. Covering lead generation, qualification, sales meetings and closing deals.
- Direct knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of a specific business type, function or problem that Valenta’s service offers can help. You would typically have acquired this from having previously held a senior management position in that business type/function or an employed position in a consultancy.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
A typical day in the life of a franchisee will include:
- Lead generation activity
- Sales management
- Meeting prospective clients
- Interaction with the delivery team leads to onboard clients
- Relationship management with existing clients.
The overwhelming majority of client and prospective client interactions are online rather than in person. However, some lead generation activities, such as trade shows and business networking, will be in person and in your local area. Many franchisees like to have a delivery role in projects they win, though this is optional and depends on how you set up the projects you pursue.
In the first few months, you will frequently interact with the Managing Director and others in the leadership team. Once your business is established, this will become less frequent, though there remain plenty of opportunities to engage with leadership and peers and draw on support in a highly collegiate atmosphere.
