Under new ownership, each of these franchises is working to reach and support more vulnerable individuals in their communities.

Commenting on the appointment of the new franchisees, joint CEO David Glover remarks:

“We’re pleased to welcome these inspiring individuals to the Caremark team. Before entrusting the business to them, each new owner has worked with us to prove they have the fundamental skills for a successful franchise. I’m confident that every one of these new offices is off to a great start, and each person has shown an abundance of passion for providing outstanding care within their community.

“Our strong support system for our new offices means that each franchise owner will be given intensive training on the essentials needed to deliver top-quality care within their region, as well as leadership and business development skills. Each provider is kept up to date with care developments to ensure they’re always delivering exceptional standards, while our High-Performance Leaders programme helps our franchisees set business goals, instil a positive work culture to retain staff and start them on the path towards success.

“At Caremark, we are extremely proud of how hard all our franchise owners and their dedicated teams work to uphold our values, helping customers to flourish and enjoy life, and live as safely and as independently as possible in their own homes. We can’t wait to see the positive impact these new businesses have on improving the lives of those living in each area.”
