CAREMARK’S TWO TOP NORTHERN FRANCHISEES WIN ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS

Two of Caremark’s most successful northern franchisees, Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland) and Caremark (East Riding) were each awarded the group’s prestigious Achievement Award2013 last week at Caremark’s annual conference in Leicestershire.

Both businesses are no stranger to Caremark awards with Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland) having won the Northern Region Award 2012 and Caremark (East Riding) the coveted Franchisee of the Year 2012 at last year’s conference.

Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland) were recognized for their extraordinary levels of growth within the first six months of 2013 whilst maintaining a high quality service.  With strong focus on valuing and supporting staff, this franchisee has successfully built a professional and dedicated team of staff enabling the business to maintain growth without compromising quality of service.

Reflecting on his award, Managing Director, Charles Folkes commented “2013 was another challenging year with ever increasing pressure on budgets and margins. Despite this, my team at (Redcar & Cleveland) delivered fantastic growth whilst ensuring that quality of care is always our main priority. We continue to strive to diversify the business and know that we can never relax or become complacent.   I believe that our success is based on the Caremark culture we all share and continue to practice, whilst overcoming the challenges and becoming stronger as a result.”

Caremark (East Riding) continued to grow their business with vision, strong team work and   characteristic determination through 2013 which saw them break record hours of care delivery.  Their focus on following the Caremark model and maintaining high quality was recognized with this sought after award.
