Radfield discusses franchising’s gender diversity with BFA

Radfield Home Care’s franchisor and director, Dr Hannah MacKechnie recently met with the British Franchise Association to discuss her journey into the healthcare sector, the rewarding business model and the benefits of the gender diverse franchise industry. With the British Franchise Association’s Encouraging Women in Business event taking place on Thursday 15th November, Hannah also discussed the positive changes the franchise sector has experienced in recent years in relation to gender diversity, and the opportunity the sector presents to women looking to enter the business world. This is something Radfield Home Care’s ethical business model has strongly supported, and the organisation boasts even gender ratios throughout its franchise network and franchise support team.
