Meet Giulio D’Andrea, Sourced Feltham and Hounslow Network Franchisee

Giulio owns a construction company, which utilises modern methods of construction (MMC). He works with clients across the South of England, delivering new build projects that utilise non-traditional construction methods, saving costs and time. 

The franchisee’s family history in property goes back to the 70’s. The D’Andreas have had a successful manufacturing business, which lead to building numerous factories. “I have built about 200,000 sq ft of commercial office space in more than 6 different factories across the East of England over the years.” Giulio shares. “Every time we expanded the business, we had to buy land and build new factories.” Currently, he focuses on his MMC business, working for one of the largest commercial to residential developers in the Peterborough area, as well as delivering smaller projects.
