Fifteen Years of Fit - Celebrating Fifteen Years in the Fitness Industry

Fifteen years ago, the fitness industry was in a far different place. Actually, it felt like a completely different world! Zumba, juicing, low carb diets, and barefoot running were thought of as the peak of health and fitness. Thankfully, times have changed!

In 2003, Snap Fitness was founded with the idea to develop efficient, convenient and affordable gyms that appealed to everyone from rural areas of the country to major cities. But it wasn’t just about location. We focused on creating welcoming environments for gym-enthusiasts and complete beginners alike. This bold idea caught on and in 2004, Snap Fitness began spreading their fitness concept across the nation and eventually across the globe.

Today we have grown to over 2,000 clubs open or under a development schedule around the world and boast over one million members. As we look back upon these 15 years, we can’t help but get excited for our future. That’s because things are looking brighter than ever for our members and franchisees.

While we take a look back to celebrate the past 15 years, we also look closely to the future. It’s an exciting time to be involved.
