"Hi, I'm Emma, the Little Softies Agent for Rugby and Daventry. I'm married with two young sons, Max is 4 and Harry will be 1 in June.

Before becoming a mum I spent 15 years in catering which was great fun, but very hard work and didn't fit in with family life. After looking at various other jobs (teaching assistant, reflexologist, even midwifery!!) I discovered Little Softies and decided to change my career path. I now have the flexibility and autonomy to do the things I want to do, when I want to do them. The boys love setting the Little Softies kit out with me, even my husband can have a venue package cleared away in 15 minutes!!

Having my boys has changed my outlook on life. I no longer live to work, I work to live.
