Right at Home UK has extended its network to 32 trading franchisees, having recently celebrated the opening of two new offices in Hampshire.

11 September 2015

Right at Home Solent, owned by former accountant Kev Popat, is based in Fareham and the territory also covers Gosport and east Southampton. Further north, Right at Home Basingstoke & District opened just a few weeks later, owned by Kevin Smith, a former Regional Director for RBS.

After several weeks of training and intense preparation, both offices received very positive feedback from their initial compliance interview with the Care Quality Commission, to the delight of their owners, Registered Managers and mentors at head office.

Another two offices are set to begin trading later this year. Former Sales executive Duncan Cameron will be taking on another Hampshire territory covering Petersfield, Havant and Hayling Island, while recruitment expert Peter Flannery will introduce the Right at Home brand to Colchester and surrounding areas.

Both recently completed the two-week Right at Home Initial Training Programme and are now following the RightStart programme of tailored support for the start-up period.

The team at head office is also growing in size and stature, with Lucy Campbell having joined as Senior Business Performance Manager on September 1st. Lucy is the former Chief Executive of Franchising Works Ltd and has a strong background in franchising and business mentoring. Earlier in the summer RaH UK also appointed Ben Selby as their new Group Head of Compliance, further strengthening the support offered to owners and Registered Managers.

The team are busy preparing for their second annual Group Conference and Business Awards, on September 15 and 16, which will be attended by around 80 delegates including franchisees, key business partners and guests. This year’s theme is The Pursuit of Outstanding
