Introducing John Cleary our Business Development Manager

Concept Claim Solutions are excited to welcome John Cleary.

John’s previous role was business development manager for a large plumbers’ merchants.  Prior to this he worked in sales and franchise management.  His vast expertise in the fields of business development and franchising will undoubtedly prove beneficial to all future franchisees.  

What energizes you when you are at work?

‘The buzz of the sale has always inspired me and great conversations, where I can see the work that your putting in is paying off - The success of others, especially within my time working alongside franchisees .’

What’s your process for turning a bad day into a good one?

‘Take a step back, reset and look to find that positive – what has gone well, what can I do different and also speaking to those that I get motivation from (I had lots of franchisees that I would pick up the phone to and we would come up with a great idea to work on) – don’t let the day dictate your mood, make it happen and the day will be a success!’

Introducing Sarah Basterfield, Franchise Support & Development Executive

For over seven years, Sarah has worked in the insurance service, specifically dealing with emergency policies for households and businesses in the local assist department.
