Home Instead achieve 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction

30 January 2014

Not only have Home Instead Senior Care been awarded Best Franchise in the Smith & Henderson awards, but they have also achieved 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction, which is praise indeed.

Home Instead franchisees and their caregivers recently participated in a new benchmarking programme and based on their feedback the company got the big thumbs up!  Five areas were measured; training & support, business system, culture & relationships, leadership & stewardship and general satisfaction. Less than one in five franchisors that participated in the programme was awarded this special recognition.

Steven Frost, Partner, Smith & Henderson, which coordinates the programme, said, “It’s difficult for prospective franchisees to determine which are the very best franchise opportunities.  5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction will improve transparency across the industry and help outstanding franchisors like the ones we’ve objectively recognised, stand out from the crowd.  It will help prospective franchisees to make better informed investment decisions.”

Ruth Brown, Head of Franchise Development and Martin Jones, COO  from Home Instead Senior care picked up the award. Ruth said, “We are really delighted with this accolade, it really means a lot that our franchisees are so supportive and that we all work so well as a team. Thanks must go to all our franchisees up and down the country who are doing such fantastic work.”

Home Instead Senior Care is part of a global franchise network specialising in providing non-medical care to older people to enable them to remain living in their own homes for as long as possible.
