ERA’s ongoing Personal Development – “Adding real value”

04 February 2015

At Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA), we’re committed to fostering a supportive and productive culture for the benefit of all our franchise owners and their clients. That’s why we’ve put a great deal of planning into our personal and business development programme.

Highly popular across our franchise network, ERA’s carefully designed schedule of continuing professional development events is overseen by Stuart Stonehouse, ERA’s Communications & Events Coordinator. They help create a mutually inclusive learning environment in which franchisees can master the skills necessary to attract and retain clients – securing the long-term profitability of the whole network.

New Business Workshops (NBW) & Academy Meetings

Both held quarterly at choice venues, NBW’s and Academy Meetings afford franchise owners some quality networking time, and provide a platform for the various awards ceremonies that celebrate excellence across the whole ERA network.

“Delegates at these events are always assured a warm welcome, with a bacon roll and a cup of coffee on arrival,” says Stuart Stonehouse, “and the feedback we’ve received about the quality of our speakers and the learning environment has been very positive.”

ERA National Quarterly Conferences

Taking place at hand selected hotels across the UK, these flagship events include guest speakers, networking sessions and training courses designed to help every franchise owner learn important new skills and meet likeminded people across the ERA network.

National Conferences are also an opportunity for the main yearly excellence awards to be handed out to top performing franchisees. “At the June conference, for example, we held a black tie Gala & Awards Dinner,” says Stuart Stonehouse. “This event allows our Managing Director, Rob Allison, to present glass plaques for various awards, including Consultant of the Year, New Consultant of the Year and Highest Income Consulting Practice – amongst others.”

“Going forward we have a thought provoking, inspirational and great fun range of events for the ERA network to enjoy,” adds Stuart Stonehouse, “so it’s an exciting time to join us if you want to run a proven, profitable franchise with a track record of investing in the personal development of its members.”
