Public Bar

The prominent central bar serves both the public and lounge areas making it easy to staff. The bar is accessed directly from Station road and leads into the lounge area to the rear. Lounge Bar
Having benefitted from a recent refurbishment in November 2018, the lounge is presented well, in a more modern style but still in keeping with its surroundings. Accessed internally via double doors from the bar (allow it to be closed over for a private party/function if required) or externally from the lane to the side. Seating is by way of fixed perimeter and free-standing tables and chairs. There is also a flat screen TV, sound system and access to female toilets.

To the rear of the public house there is an additional unit attached, which was previously a bookmaker (now closed). When the owners had planning permission to put in a kitchen and extend the lounge, they looked to utilise this unit within the plans. For any new owner it offers further growth potential, subject to getting all the planning in place again. It also has its own access to the rear of the pub.
There is also potential for external pavement seating to the front of the pub.
