Dalrachney Lodge is an attractive and substantial building, the original part dating from around 1845 and the main Edwardian building constructed as a hunting lodge in 1905. Edwardian origins are reflected in many outstanding features including delicate ceiling cornicing, excellent use of hardwood fixtures and fittings, tiled fireplaces and the use of wrought iron castings.
It is constructed of stone walls with mostly pitch slate covered roofs. The letting accommodation is located on the first and second floors and part of the ground floor provides a self-contained flat/potential owners’ accommodation.
