We purchased our guest house in May 2012 and renamed it shortly afterwards to Arden Guest House, the name change was very important as we had purchased a run down business with reviews to match. This is now a business we have made very successful in a town famed for being Warwickshire's hidden gem, Kenilworth. THE GUEST HOUSE
Set over 3 floors with 6 bedrooms en-suite a guest lounge and dining room it is the perfect size for a couple to run, without any staff. Through the large kitchen there is a private annexe with utility room, bedroom en-suite and lounge with bi-folding doors that lead to a lovely courtyard, shed and access to the driveway for 2 cars. The property is situated in a lovely residential street a short walk from the main town and all its bars, restaurants and shops.
Kenilworth has recently been listed in the Sunday Times (April 19) one of the best places to live in the Midlands. It is a town that sits near Coventry, Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon and not far from the Cotswolds. A brand new railway station that links to Coventry and Leamington Spa. English Heritage run Kenilworth Castle, an old ruin that hosts special events like Bonfire night, open cinema evenings and medieval enactments.

Arden Guest House could operate 52 weeks of the year. However, we choose to have 4 weeks off over the Christmas period with an additional 4-6 weeks during the year. Our customers are a lovely mix of midweek workers from Jaguar, Warwick & Coventry Universities and other local businesses this with people on holiday, friends and relatives of the local community and people attending events and shows at the NEC & NAEC & Warwick Arts Centre.
