Hello,

My name is Hugh and I'm a 28 year old male looking to start my first business,I have been in catering for 11 years and have worked for some of the best in the game (Albert Roux,Jhon campbell) so I feel I know the practical side well however despite my willingness to learn I feel I have some shortcoming's when it comes to figures and I also adhere to the fact that there is no substitute for expirience...so I would ideally like to meet someone who has expirience and/or capital (20-30k) to go dutch with me,I am hardworking and reliable so I'll expect the same from you,but I feel if the right person commits to this with me we could take it all the way.

I am 28 too, planing to start my own business, been working in bars, restaurants all my life, I lived in London 3 years, last five years lived in US, in couple weeks will be in UK.
