pub kitchen, hotel, or other catering opportunity to rent

we are an establihsed buisness and are seeking additional premises

anywhere from south midlands (leics/Birmingham) down to london and South east

we currently run catering in several pubs plus events, buffets, etc
we welcome pub kitchens to rent, hotels to let etc

we hold £1million insurance and our team have over 100 years experience between them

Hi,

I have some money to invest and have been looking at Hotels, but the catering scares me as I am not a Chef, and to employ a Chef is very expensive. Would you be at all interested in a joint venture ?
