hi im new ive done buisness online since i was 15 im now nearly 19 and looking to run my own lil convienience shop but would i have to pay the lease up front or can i just pay monthly? mite sound a bit stupid but its all new to me

yh i just need to know really what money would i need to start up like a lil corner shop if theres money up front to be paid or just monthly rent

Lots of landlords will accept monthly payemnts on Rent though because of your age they may be less willing to accept you (yeah i know it stinks). Bigger landlords like the pension funds and Councils etc would often look for a guarantor due to your age or may insist on qtly payments of rent up front or both, also dont forget some of the larger landlords will also charge VAT on top (which you can usually claim back) but you will need to factor this in as well.
