Of these businesses approximately 1.8 million have a turnover of £1 million to £120 million and these represent the target market for Tinderbox. These businesses are faced with the challenge of competing in increasingly difficult markets and the need for an efficiency of operation and additional skills to take them to the next level has never been higher.

The Tinderbox Opportunity
 
We are expanding now from our highly successful Midlands pilot region with 14 additional regions across the UK.
 
We are looking for 14 Associate Partners to own, manage and develop these regions. 
 
The Associate Partner Franchise:
 
  • The initial investment for Associate Partners is £35,000 (+ VAT). Along with other benefits this secures:-
  • An exclusive geographic territory
  • Centralised Marketing support, full PR programme and SEO website.
  • Exclusive use of the Tinderbox brand and business system within a defined   geographic territory.
  • The opportunity to build your own Regional team
  • Assistance with the recruitment and assessment of your team of Regional Specialists.
  • Comprehensive Initial Training programme
  • Ongoing training and advice
  • Full suite of Marketing and Communication materials.
  • Support of a dedicated Tinderbox mentor.
  • Tinderbox Head Office administrative support including all client invoicing and credit control / receivables management.
  • Use of Tinderbox CRM system.
  • Indemnity and Insurance cover of £1,000,000
  • Access to online support, training and delivery materials and techniques.
  • Access to online forum and intranet
  • An opportunity to build your own business and to realise the value of that business in the future.
  • On line Operations and Training manuals.
  • Regular Regional and National meetings

We are also looking for Regional Specialists in each region to deliver high quality assignments to our clients. Working in conjunction with the Associate Partner in each Region and with additional training and support from Head Office and our Franchise Director you will provide quality assignments to clients provided to you by Tinderbox and to those you have personally sourced.

The initial investment for Regional Specialists is £3,000 (+ VAT) and this investment provides all the training, support and opportunities required to generate a very healthy income from a prestige position.
