Remedial Solutions are a national franchise company, who specialise in remedial property services such as damp proofing, condensation treatments, infestation and dry rot solutions. As part of the Concept Building Solutions Franchise we additionally allow franchisees to deal with insurance claims management and providing property reinstatement repairs for policyholders. Franchisees project manage all claims from start to finish, providing a hassle free service to our customers.

WHAT WE DO

After assessing the damage to the property, we obtain authorisation from the customer to undertake the work. Franchisees typically uses a local contractor base to carry out the property repairs. We offer a free survey, free visit and free report on all properties. Property  developers, management companies and letting agents are also able to take advantage of our free comprehensive services which offer the franchisee a larger market and target audience.

Remedial Solutions are market leaders in the remedial services industries. We can currently boast a national network of franchisees that can service all of the UK. However, we still have some franchise territories available and we are looking for suitable franchisees to operate in these areas.
