This concept is simple : the fresh chips are cut out in front of the customer and come with a large range of snack, sausages, meat and fish. History

It's on the Côte d’Azur (French Riviera) that Marc De Bosschere and his wife from Belgium, have opened successively 3 Frites City restaurants. Since 1980, it has been a wonderful success in Nice, Menton, and in Roquebrune Cap Martin (South part of France).

Such an incredible success like this one could be reproduced anywhere in the country.
