| Mike Merrick’s vision of
FISH was to have a franchisor that would only grow and be
successful if the franchisees were growing and successful.
From day one, royalties have been reinvested into the support team
to assist the franchisees in building their business. That is
why we say, “You’re in business for yourself, but not
by yourself”. FISH's support begins immediately once a new franchisee joins FISH. The dedicated Training Director walks new franchisees through the pre-training steps and then overseas their time in training school. New franchisees are also assigned a dedicated District Manager who assist them in developing a customized business plan, help them in the many areas of training school such as bidding, mapping, employee hiring, etc. and then in the first person who shows up in their market to help them build the business. |

As new franchisees ramp up, the District Manager is your go to
lifeline for any and all questions, but in addition to the District
Manager, there are also key people who support you in areas
including marketing, human resources, vendors, national accounts,
tech support, and sales.
The DM’s support continues with ongoing business calls and
field visits. Each year, the operations department spends
over 250 days on the road visiting new and existing
franchisees. FISH believes in having feet on the street in
your market, building that important relationship with you, and
helping you drive your business.
As your partner, we are always looking for ways to land new
customers in your market. We accomplish this through national
accounts, an out-bound call center, a franchisee driven website,
and search engine optimization.
In addition to staff support, our system includes annual and
regional meetings, proprietary software, an intranet with online
manuals and document library, a preferred vendor program, and a
franchisee network committed to your success.
