Rebranded and regrouped for further national expansion, Dial a Concierge is a Melbourne based organisation, which is responsible for training, support and franchise development. The group plans to continue to strengthen its position throughout Australia. Currently the Dial a Concierge team comprises an extensive team of people performing Domestic and Commercial Concierge Services throughout Melbourne metropolitan and suburban areas.

Along with our specialty in the domestic cleaning area, Dial a Concierge now actively pursues commercial work to extend the service offering. In fact, our commercial clients were originally obtained by referrals from the domestic sector in providing service excellence – indeed as we grow it is evident that results speak for themselves.
