CENTURY 21 UK, the estate and letting agency franchisor and part of the world’s largest residential estate agency organisation, has today (3rd September 2014), opened its latest office in Queensbury, North West London.
The Queensbury office is run by brothers, Ion and Robert Moraru, who previously operated Hab and Kal Properties in this location. They have decided to rebrand as CENTURY 21 and become part of the world's largest estate agency brand. They will continue to offer a variety of property services including sales, lettings, property management and commercial property leases and sales now under the CENTURY 21 brand.

The team at CENTURY 21 Queensbury believe they are progressive, forward - thinking and always aim to build long-term client relationships.
Ion and Robert understand the complexity of the estate agency sector in the UK very well. This knowledge ensures clients’ experience of CENTURY 21 Queensbury will be smooth and hassle-free.
CENTURY 21 Queensbury offers all clients the unique opportunity to work and deal with one person at the office for all their property affairs and for each aspect of the transaction. It will also offer clients a range of ancillary services such as conveyancing, mortgage advice and surveys via CENTURY 21 UK’s parent company, the Shepherd Direct Group (SDL).
Ion Moraru, owner of CENTURY 21 Queensbury commented:
“Opening the doors of CENTURY 21 Queensbury for the first time is a real thrill and is the culmination of many months work for all concerned. We were drawn to CENTURY 21 for many reasons – firstly, the fact it is a major international brand, secondly, those international links provide a range of property opportunities for clients, and also, the major investment and commitment from Shepherd Direct means we are backed by a highly supportive and ambitious property services group. We’re fully aware this is an incredibly competitive marketplace however we feel we have a number of unique selling points and we will be at the heart of the Queensbury community.
“Our local knowledge, coupled with the national and international support we receive from CENTURY 21 UK, will set us apart from those other agencies competing for business in this area of London. We are service-driven with our entire focus all on the client with one member of staff looking after them throughout the entire process. We will be operating at the heart of this community and want to support the local housing market and all its stakeholders.”
Rob Clifford, Chief Executive of CENTURY 21 UK and Group Commercial Director of Shepherd Direct Group, said:
“CENTURY 21 UK offices continue to be opened around the country - the launch of the Queensbury office marks the third of five new offices within one month. We are also significantly growing our footprint in Greater London where the benefits of working with a global brand such as CENTURY 21 are becoming self-evident to both new and seasoned property professionals.
“CENTURY 21 Queensbury and all CENTURY 21 offices benefit from our global property portal, century21global.com, which allows all our properties to be listed and viewed by a worldwide audience. This is particularly important for London and the surrounding areas which are incredibly attractive to overseas property purchasers.
“Even though we have ramped up our office expansion plans in the past couple of months we intend to open a growing number of premises between now and the new year. It is certainly a case of ‘watch this space’ in terms of CENTURY 21 UK and our plans for the future.”
