Every Installation is individually produced to order and
manufactured off-site to minimise disruption and then professionally
fitted therefore ensuring minimum disturbance, mess and fuss for
our clients.

Granite Transformations is a hands- on
Franchise business. It is the Franchise Owner’s role to
establish the business at an approved location and offer the
Granite Transformations service to customers in his or her
territory.
The Franchise Owner’s business is likely to operate in a high
street showroom location –ideally with good parking facilities
nearby.
Your franchise package fee will include a
sole domestic territory. Granite Transformations can provide
applicants with a breakdown of the demographics for enquires
concerning demographics within the resales or
clarification of territory allocation.
Training and Ongoing Support
Granite Transformations will assist the
Franchise Owner with the fitting out of the showroom, and will
provide thorough training and comprehensive operating
manuals.
Equipment and
materials will be sourced from nominated suppliers, including
Granite Transformations.
There are three major disciplines in
operating a Granite Transformations Franchise;
Sales, Operations and
Technical.
Managing these three areas of the business
effectively is paramount to the success of the operation. To assist
you after your initial training
and as part of our commitment tocontinued support and guidance we have
initiated a programme known as FAST which is short for Franchise
Advisory and Support Team. The team consists of
three key personal, all experts in their
respective fields and they are only a phone call away.
Our FAST also work in the field alongside
our franchisees to help with the development of
their businesses.
What We're Looking For:
Becoming a Granite Transformations
franchisee is not for everyone. It requires dedication,
perseverance and the determination to succeed. You will also need a
high level of management and people skills. Some Sales experience
is also necessary.
Practical experience is not essential – you do not need to
be an experienced carpenter or joiner however you do need to be
ambitious, willing to learn and
hardworking.
