give you the opportunity to encompass all of these

YogaBugs originated justover
13 years ago and has been running as a business since 2003. We are
a focused, energetic and serious organisation with a commitment to
making our franchise network successful by teaching them how to run
their businesses profitably. Our success and growth over the last 6
years has been a result of the increased awareness in
children’s health & well being in the market place.
Combined with our strong belief, and determination to make YogaBugs
a viable and successful business.
Understanding Our Products?
YogaBugs is creative, imaginative
and fun yoga for children aged 2 ½ to 7 years! Yoga postures,
breathing and relaxation techniques are woven together into fun
stories and games. Children are always the heroes of their YogaBugs
stories.
Yoga’d Up offers Yoga to children aged 8 to 12 years old.
These classes are structured to appeal to an age group who want to
be physically challenged and entertained.
What does a YogaBugs Management
Franchise involve?
Following our Induction
Course, you will be able to organise and run YogaBugs &
Yoga’d Up classes in your own exclusive territory. Your
responsibilities will include:
Building
a team of teachers- Selling & organizing classes
& other special events such as birthday parties
- Following our Sales & local
Marketing Programme to promote your business
- Finding appropriate teaching
venues in addition to those
supplied in the database
- Dealing with all enquiries from
parents, schools, nurseries and teaching venues
- Collecting all class,
registration, birthday party & merchandise revenues and keeping
an accurate set of accounts
- Managing waiting lists,
completing all necessary administration and developing
merchandise sales
What is
the Commitment?
You will be committed to the business for at 5 years under
the franchise agreement.
What is the Deal?
The Franchise Pack is £15,000 plus VAT for a territory with
c50,000 children between the ages of 2 ½ to 12 years of age
(+/- 10% depending on socio economics). Access to a further
£5,000 to £10,000 in your first twelve to 18 months
trading as start up costs and working capital.
What does the franchise package
include:

There are ongoing fees
which include:
- Management Service Fee
- National Marketing Levy
- Annual Local Marketing
Programme
- Further Training of Franchisee as
set out by the Franchisor
- Teacher Training &
Development
What are the Returns?
Returns vary, but you can expect to make c£30,000 plus
operating profit in your first year and c£50,000 in your
second year by following a structured sales & marketing
programme.
What is The Reality
Individuals must be able to
commit to:
- Work a minimum of 30 to 35 hours a week over a 48 week
year
- Commit to doing 40 quality
business development or follow up calls a day
- Follow a prescriptive business
process and model keeping the YogaBugs & Yoga’d Up name
at the forefront of everything you do
- Be willing to be learn the role
and be guided by head office
