As a Master Franchise you will be responsible for the securing
trainer sub-franchises within your country and assisting in the
securing of major training and services contracts with large
corporations.
To secure the Master Franchise country
rights:
- You will be a person capable of driving rapid growth of a
business entering a new market and ideally a proven background in
senior management
- The ability to market and secure sub-franchises and provide the
support to ensure their success in the market
- Understand the business requirements for securing contracts
with medium to major corporations
- You will have a demonstrated successful corporate background in
sales and sales force management
- Proven performance in developing sales divisions through
structured approaches
- Adopter of modern technology and business practices
- Excellent communicator and team leader inspiring others to work
with you
Strong consultative selling capability - You are required to commit to operating this license on a
full-time basis.
