service, the truck mount offers a faster, deeper clean than your

terrazzo, stone, wood – any surface, domestic or commercial
can benefit from the truck mount cleaning power.

Restoration
Hydro-Dynamix offers
nationwide fire & flood restoration response for commercial and
domestic policyholders. Boosted by the ‘surge’ flooding
events in Summer 2007 our reputation for delivering a quality
service is growing and our customer base is expanding. This part of
the business now forms the majority of work allocated by Head
Office and is generating substantial income for our
franchisees.
What can I earn?
A
single unit can generate revenues of more than £6,000 per
month, and your overheads including fuel for the vehicle, cleaning
solutions (c. 3% of revenues), insurance, marketing costs
etc.should generally be no more than £1,500 - £2,000 per
month. One territory can support at least three units, and we
want all franchisees to have the ambition to develop a
multi-van business.
The Hydro-Dynamix

Exclusive
Territories- all of our territories are exclusive to the
franchisee. At no stage will you be competing for the same business
as your fellow franchisees. Each territory is sufficient to support
at least three vans.
No Percentage Royalties- we
believe that you should reap the benefit of all of the work you
get; you pay a low flat monthly fee to cover the cost of support
from head office. Our revenue stream is focused on national account
work. Quite simply what this means is that if we don't find work
for you, we don't get paid.
No Overpriced Solutions- no
hidden charges in buying your solutions from us as we don't sell
them! Instead we offer advice on the best products in the market
and where to source them
Work as Part of a Team - there
will be many occasions when you will meet and work with other
franchisees on some of the very large cleaning jobs we undertake,
not just once or twice a year at the annual or regional
meetings.
Training and Support
Hydro-Dynamix offers probably
the most comprehensive training programme in this sector, your
license fee covers training at our headquarters, with professional
external training providers, and in-field. The full-time training
lasts for a total of 16 days, starting with seven days basic
training to get your business up and running, followed by more
intensive training in specific fields to allow you to offer the
full range of Hydro-Dynamix services.

You will need to be reasonably literate, numerate
