DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRAXIS OR JAMIE GOLDSMITH!!!!
MY SISTER AND MYSELF FOUND A BUSINESS WE WANTED TO PURCHASE WE WENT TO PRAXIS AND WERE TOLD THAT WE COULD GET THE FINANCE, TO CUT A VERY LONG STORY SHORT, WE ARE NOW £1559 OUT OF POCKET, WITH NO BUSINESS THANKS TO JAMIE GOLDSMITHS INCOMPETANCE, OUR SELLER GAVE US A DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION, TO WHICH JAMIE PROMISED TO HAVE EVERYTHING DONE BY, GUESS WHAT?DEADLINE AFTER DEADLINE WAS BROKEN AND TO QUOTE JAMIE'S OWN WORDS "JUST GOES TO SHOW DEADLINES ARE MEANT TO BE BROKEN". JAMIE ALSO HAS A HABIT OF LYING! HE TOLD OUR SELLER THAT WE HAD RECIEVED THE FINANCE FORMS AND SENT THEM BACK TO HIM, THIS WAS A BIG FAT LIE OF COURSE AS WE HAD NOT EVEN RECEIVED THE FORMS, WHEN I POINTED OUT TO JAMIE THAT I HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE SELLER AS SHE HAD ASKED WHAT WAS TAKING SO LONG AS WE HAD SENT THE FORMS BACK TO PRAXIS, I TOLD HER THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AS WE HAD NOT EVEN RECEIVED THEM, JAMIE EMAILED ME ASKING WHAT SHOULD HE TELL HER! TO WHICH I REPLIED THAT WE WERE HIS CLIENTS NOT THE SELLER SO HE SHOULD NOT HAVE LIED AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN KEEPING US INFORMED ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. AS THE LAST DEADLINE WAS MISSED THE SELLER DECIDED NOT TO SELL THE BUSINESS TO US AS SHE WAS NOT IMPRESSED THAT SHE HAD BEEN LIED TO AND COULDN'T RELY ON THE INFORMATION GIVEN TO US BY JAMIE FOR THE DEAL EVER TO COMPLETE, I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT THIS PURCHASE HAD BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS ( JULY 07- APR 08). I HAVE ASKED JAMIE FOR A REFUND TO WHICH HE REPLIED THAT THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS TO PEOPLE WHERE PRAXIS ARE NOT AT FAULT, I POINTED OUT THAT HE WAS AT FAULT AS HE HAD LIED TO OUR SELLER AND SHE HAD LOST FAITH, HE SAID I WAS BEING A LITTLE HARSH! SO IF HE DOESN'T APPRECIATE PEOPLE USING THIS FORUM TO LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT HE AND PRAXIS ARE LIKE HE SHOULD STOP TAKING MONEY OFF PEOPLE!!
