We have worked tirelessly for four years and spent approximately £250,000, acquiring planning permissions for the barn conversion, three camping pods, demolition of dilapidated out building with replacement modern Shower/laundry/ store and large workshop, to bring it to where it is today. This includes upgraded supply and now underground electrical supply, new sewage treatment, and extensive drainage. Widening of road access and entrance drive, and provision of adequate and additional parking. ??The business has grown from £5-6k takings when we took over, doubling and then tripling the takings in our first two years, bringing on stream the barn and first pod late May 2013 saw takings go past £33k for the 2013/4 year.
