From the sitting room guests go through to the inner hall which has a beautiful wide staircase which leads up to the bedrooms.
There are 10 en-suite bedrooms arranged over the first and second floors, a family suite with 2 bedrooms and bathroom and a communal library room.
The 'working' side of the house includes a commercial kitchen a separate larder area and prep room. There is a laundry room and store, and a two further rooms joined by a lobby which are currently used as a storage area, but could potentially be converted into a further guest family suite.
The food side of the business can be a big expansion, at present the restaurant is open just during the season, from Easter to end of September on Friday and Saturday evening only.
There is a massive demand for food in the area and not so many places where to eat.
So if the restaurant is run all year and 5/6 days a week, the turnover can be easy double or more, giving a substantial increase in profit.
