Rare opportunity to run a convenience and camping supplies shop on a busy Newquay Holiday Park.

The convenience store at Newquay View is situated right in the centre of our busy Holiday Park.

The large shop comes complete with existing fittings including:

• 1 x open front chiller display unit

and can be run as a franchise or independent enterprise. The shop needs to provide basic essentials for our holidaymakers but there is also potential to offer camping supplies, alcohol, deli foods, newspapers and magazines toys and games.

In 2016 we welcomed approx. 19,000 guests to the park, we have over 150 owners and seasonal caravan owners who visit year round and the potential footfall will continue to grow over the next 3 – 5 years. In addition the swimming pool attracts local trade in the off season as it is regularly used for swimming lessons for Newquay Cormorants, 3 surf lifesaving clubs and two schools. In addition we run pool parties and charity events which mean this is a year round business opportunity. We also have ties with Porth Residents Association and other local groups to aid increasing local trade.

Newquay View will provide marketing support for the leaseholder including:
- Presence on our website (in excess of 25,000 monthly visits)
- Social Media coverage (reach of nearly 10,000)
- Inclusion on emails to customers (database of 25,000)
- Inclusion in welcome information and brochure publications
- Opportunity to offer and provide agreed add on purchases through our booking system and eventually website.
- Provision of signage and promotional posters/flyers for on-site distribution (as decided and agreed by Peter Bull Marketing team).
- Opportunity to contribute to themed/package accommodation promotions where relevant
- Promotion of special offers and discounts to our existing customer base
- Additional marketing support (a maximum of 15 hours per annum) which may include design, press releases, strategic marketing planning, branding, general advice.

Our nearest Village Porth Beach also does not have a convenience store so there is opportunity to attract further local footfall as well.

The concession will be obligated to open at agreed times throughout the year and will complement but not compete with the other retail aspects of the Park. Previous experience of running a similar business and public liability insurance are essential to this contract.
