Children's day nursery looking for an investor or investors

Hi there. I opened a childrens day nursery just over 10 years ago, over this time we have relocated and expanded from a 20 place to 100 place. The nursery is in a purpose renovated building which is registered for the capacity of 100 children at any one time. The nursery has the full protential of increasing the number of children on the register and to bring in a very good profit, however, all the income at present is still going on old debts created to start up the nursery hance the accounts look bad and I am in need of saving. I really do not want to sell the nursery which is why I am looking for an investor, who would like to remove some of the strain so We can make this nursery thrive and become filled to capacity. I do not even have spare funds to pay for advertsing at the moment as it all goes on interest payments. Last time the nursery was valued it was standing at £700,000. I am looking for an investor for a minimum of £50,000 but ideal would be £315,000. which would result in no mortgage for the business, and all my personal debts caused from the starting up of the business would also be cleared, enabling me to concerntrate on the running of the nursery business and not constantly robbing peter to pay paul!
