I AM A PROPERTY DEVELOPER AND HAVE 900K TO INVEST IN A CARE HOME/NURSING/DEMENTIA/MENTAL HEALTH ETC ETC, I AM FROM LONDON/ESSEX AND WISH TO BUY A CARE HOME BUISNESS. SO IF ANYONE HAS CARE HOME FOR SALE OR CAN ADVISE ME OF WHERE TO START AS THIS IS NEW TO ME.

I can also assist with the due diligence process by carrying out an independent inspection. ( I was employed by the CQC for 8 years and inspected care homes for 6 years)
I can assist with registering the business with CQC, appointing suitable managers and making sure you are compliant with the Essential standards
