- as someone who has located a business to buy, I must say I was tempted to go with various internet brokers due to there lower charges-but I decided its probably better to meet the broker face to face,and know where they are exactly based i.e no home visits-go to there office ,check them out first.It would be interesting to know how you came to lose such a large amount..was it a deposit,and at what stage of the lending process did praxis let you down;this could sound a warning to many others.

- Without going into every detail the amount was supposed to be a bonded deposit to act as security for my lender should I default with the loan that was for a much larger amount.
The timing was after a first lender fell by the wayside, needed the loan to secure my business finance and Praxiscommercial came to the rescue with a package that I now know to be too good to be true!
Should have had more sense as the first deal was also arranged by Praxiscommercial.com
Your advise is sound and exactly what I suggest. Just go careful in these difficult and ever changing times, that when finance is hard to come by, a solution from someone sat at a keyboard anywhere in the world is dangerous.

- Just to keep you all posted.
It's now exactly 6 months since Praxis assured my of the return of my £58,500.00 deposit.
Despsite every excuse in the book and yes threats, they have NOT returned a penny.
Philip Wakefield of Praxis promised me that he would come to me today with the money but has recently e-mailed stating that it will be tomorrow AGAIN!
They don't appear to be in much of a hurry!
I can not speak for all internet brokers BUT UNTIL MY MONEY IS RETURNED, DO NOT TRUST PRAXISCOMMERCIAL.COM BECAUSE EVEN IF THE CAN RAISE MONEY FOR YOU, IT IS LIKELY TO BE MINE!!

- Philip Wakefield of Praxiscommercial has changed from promising me after over 6 months that I will receive my money tomorrow to demanding that I remove my comments from this forum plus close down my website I have set up called praxiscommercialnews.com
I have done this twice already and twice they never returned my deposit.
Apparently it is damaging their business and reputation, yet all they have to do to show the world how genuine they are is to return my money.
Well they still haven't and their tactics today appears to be the cold shoulder treatment. It's as if I am the bad guy here.
Philip / Jamie / John or whatever your name is, I know that you keep a close eye on this forum, maybe you would like to justify your performance and actions by responding.
You know something like the one "from the Heart" that Jamie Goldsmith made on this forum before Christmas but was then later deleted to protect Praxis.

- BACK WHERE THIS BELONGS - IN FULL VIEW OF ANYONE TEMPTED TO TRUST/INVEST!
I have kept quiet for 5 months now whilst allowing Praxiscommercial time to return the £58,500.00 that they manipulated out of me by setting me up with a finance package that never existed!
I created my very own website to go into much greater detail about what Praxis have done to me, how they did it and to warn others (www.praxiscommercialnews.com).
I have recieved many responses from X-Praxis clients that have all suffered the same fate.
I don't beleive that I will ever receive my money back but I feel that I have a duty to you all to inform you of what I know about Praxis and all the other names that they hide behind!
IN THESE TROUBLED TIMES THERE WILL BE EVEN MORE VICTIMS JUST WAITING FOR A QUICK FIX WITH FINANCE AND BECAUSE OF THIS THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SOMEONE OUT THERE WAITING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE.
Praxis are quiet at the moment and are even claiming to be bankrupt but I have strong beliefs and evidence that shows that the PHILIP WAKEFIELDS, JAMIE GOLDSMITHS & ROBERT HARWOOD's will rebrand or rename very soon.
If you feel the need or have no choice but to go through an internet finance broker, I suggest that you visit my site first!

- Just to keep anyone informed of the latest that may effect their choice of finance broker.
Praxis have failed to return my £58,500.00. They even failed to send me a 10k instalment in May as they promised.
Jamie Goldsmith then told me yet again to close down my website and when I refused he threatened me with PHYISICAL VIOLENCE should he suffer financially as a result of my comments on the net.
Praxiscommercial can not be trusted and as they are in financial difficulty themselves they are desperatley searching for new clients/victims. There true colours are clear for all to see!

- The latest with Praxiscommercial is that they appear to have gone to ground. I have received no communicxations from them for well over a week now.
Unfortunatley I don't think for one minute that this is the last of them. They enjoy the frill of manipulating easy money out of vunerable and desperate clients too much.
SO GO VERY CAREFULL OUT THERE IF YOU ARE THINKING OF USING ANYONE FOR FINANCE OVER THE NET. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME THROUGH MY WEBSITE SHOULD YOU REQUIRE ANY ADVICE.

- Just an update for those of you that have been loyally following my case.
Today I have been contacted by Jamie Goldsmith of Praxiscommercial and he has arranged a meeting with me next Wednesday the 29th July 09. He states that Praxis now want to get our situation resloved.
In all fairness it is Praxis that have made contact with me in over a month of silence and they could so easliy have just disappeared.
Lets hope that this time they will stick to their promise and maybe I can post even more positive news on Praxis next week.

- NO SURPRISES!
Jamie Goldsmith had another cast iron reason for not showing on Wednesday & again today - Friday.
For someone that states that my negative press on this forum and my website is costing them ten of thousands, you would have thought that Praxis would get their priorities right.
COME ON JAMIE GOLDSMITH OR PHILIP WAKEFIELD, after over two years of nonsense, give me a reason for posting something postive about your business.

- Hi dean,
Keep an eye on your website as I was conned out of some money by Jamie to but only £1200 luckily.
You really need to face facts though, he is never going to give you that money back, Its highly unlikely he has it, or could get it even if he wanted to. He will have been living on it for the last year and maybe still is.
He will just keep the dialogue open for as long as possible, years I should think to avoid the law or any other consequences.
You should also mention Roche Financial and Virtua finance as they are all part of the same sordid scam.
Let me know if you would like to be involved with organising a private investigator to find out where this conman lives, we can then take things to the next step.

Thankyou for responding and supporting me.
Due to you and many others that have responded to me through this forum and my website, I now have enough proof to go back to the police with a case that they will not ignore.
Without divulging critical information, this forum has been right for a long time about the false names, businesses and crooked dealings!!
On an individual basis the scam is quite solid but collectively mistakes have been made - SO YOU ARE NOT AS SMART AS YOU THINK YOU ARE!!!!!!!
