Hi ,I have been looking for a business for a while now and it is a difficult thing to do ,my problem is with the valuations i'm in construction and am looking at a ltd company which has a turnover of 3 million and adjusted net profits of 350,000 its up for OIR 450,000 ,i am yet to view this but it seems to good to be true ,as another business i enquierd about had a turnover of 1.8 million and net profit of 200,000 and they wanted in the region of 1.2 million so is way out of most people ,how do these values differ so much? ,thanks for any replys
