Seriously! absolutely NOTHING! just walk in and take over - having traded for almost 14 years we have an excellent repeat trade together with very strong books showing a good profit.

We are one of the rare B&B's that have two bedroomed (both en-suite) private living accommodation with a lovely size lounge and kitchen - to the rear of the property we have a covered carport (which at the moment we are using for our freezer, dryer and storage) and yard plus a huge loft space! 95% of everything we need is delivered to our door (bacon, eggs and almost all other hotel supplies) - everything else is just a 5 minute walk away meaning that we rarely use our car.

Blackpool is definitely on the up! The Council have announced investment of £25 million for a great new conference centre - bear in mind that Blackpool has the longest trading season of any other British seaside town and hosts numerous International/National shows and as such is never short of visitors.
