The Business

This delightful destination inn is operated by our vendor clients (who have been in situ for the past 4 years) on a full time basis with the assistance of a full time chef and 10 part time members of staff. After many highly successful and very profitable years in the trade our vendor clients have; due to personal circumstances and family commitments decided to sell this superb business. The business premises can be run extremely cost effectively on relatively low overheads resulting in a higher profitability. We are advised the current sales are circa £350,000 (incl. VAT). This delightful destination inn is a well established and successful business yet still offers excellent scope to increase the turnover especially by fully focussing on expanding the food side of the business and would quite easily expect a fully focussed and fully committed full time hands-on entrepreneurial partnership to achieve a turnover well in excess of £400,000. Trade split is approximately 55% food and 45% wet.
