The Business
The property was built by the MOD in around 1963 before becoming a Hotel. The business generates trade from various sources including people working on contracts for nearby companies, tourists and locals. Very little marketing is carried out to promote the business with much of the trade being regular customers or recommendations. The cafe bar is used by locals and people working at nearby companies. The Property
