Competition / Market:

their are two other companys within 2 kms of ours, one on the public beach of playa vistas next to us and the other operating from the port 2 kms away.their is no real threat as all the watersports are sold at the same price so their is no price war to gain clients. we are surrounded by the best hotels with clients willing to pay and have 5 excursion offices selling exclusively our beach as well as a private deal with the major tour operator tui thomson who will feature our beach and sell to clients in their spring/summer 2008 hotels and freestyle brochure.

Support & training:

this concession is for 30 + years rolling from march 2008 every year the administrator for the concession will renew and update all permits and help in all aspects of the company. we will leave in place all staff with the correct certificates and knowledge. also because of our close association with our excursion offices we will remain on hand for the near future until the new management are confidant in all areas and we have an excellent working team in place on the beach .

Reasons for selling:

we wish to concentrate on our excursion offices and have no time to devote to the sole running of the watersports company. dividing our time between the two is not cost benefical.
