The park is within walking distance of the village shop, post office, 2 restaurants and a village primary school. The world famous Loch Ness is only a 15 minute drive from the park. Cannich is situated on the A831 and can be reached via Beauly or Drumnadrochit.
THE PARK
The park extends to approximately 3 acres and is presently developed with 13 timber chalets. The chalets are accessed via a central gravel roadway which is bounded by wide grass verges and customer parking is provided adjacent to each chalet. On site facilities include a launderette, games room, a children’s play area and a barbecue area.
HOLIDAY CHALETS
There are 13 x 3 bedroom timber chalets developed on the park. All the chalets provide the same accommodation comprising three bedrooms, including one double, one twin and one with bunk beds, a large lounge / dining room capable of accommodating a three piece suite, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. All of the kitchens are well equipped with plenty of cupboard space, electric cooker, microwave and fridge / freezer. All of the furniture, fittings, equipment, bed linen and appliances are included in the sale.
AMENITY BUILDING
A timber amenity building is located adjacent to the park entrance and comprises a games room, laundry and staff room/linen store.
