About Us
Claire Dossett, iworkLifes Founder and Managing
Director, became determined to find an intelligent working solution
that would enable women or men to build upon careers, knowledge and
experience, whilst giving them the vital quality-time needed to be
with their family.
And so iworkLife was
born!
The i stands for Intelligent - an intelligent
work-life solution. With no previous recruitment training, Claires
kitchen-table recruitment business turned over £55,000 in an
active 12 month period.
She began by utilising her previous experience
and approached IT firms, offering to find candidates to fill their
vacant roles but quickly realised that the processes she had put in
place could work for other positions and industry
sectors.
Within
weeks of picking up the phone, Claire had issued her first invoice
and she was in business. Part of her strategy was to make sure that
she could be an effective and responsible recruiter, whilst caring
for her young son and working from home.
Over time she developed unique recruitment
strategies for people in a similar, time strapped position as
herself. This led to todays iworkLife operational system, developed
in conjunction with some of the recruitment and franchising
industrys most well respected experts, Antal International, the
award-winning, multi-million pound recruitment franchise
organisation.
The system allows any committed person to start
and operate a successful recruitment business comfortably from
their home.
With the intelligent use of current mobile
technology, the business was with her, on-the-go, 24 hours a day.
Whether on the school run or during half-term holidays, she was
always connected to her business on the move, allowing her to
continue earning regardless of location. How many business
