Business partner required

Hello, thanks for taking the time to read this.

I am an investor with substantial liquid assets willing to invest in highly cash generative businesses. I have some basic criteria in mind that apply to all of the businesses that I have invested in:

1. The business must either be generating cash of be capable of quickly doing so. I am particularly drawn to fast food businesses for this reason but could be interested in other sectors with similar traits.

2. The cash ROI must be in excess of 20% pa. This must be the net net return after all tax on my capital.

3. My business partner must have skin in the game. Ideally I look for someone who has the ability to put some capital into the business, even if the sum is relatively modest. The purpose of this is to ensure that our interests are aligned. We cannot be just burning through my money; you will need to have something meaningful on the line.

4. I am particularly averse to businesses that can be undermined by the internet. Therfore I don't like shops that sell anything that can be disintermediated by the net just by offering a tiny price cut. As the internet can't (yet!) offer haircuts, fast food, grass cutting, a game of golf etc online, these are the businesses that I am especially keen to explore.

Perhaps the ideal person (and the sort I have backed in the past) is someone who has solid and provable experience in succesfully managing a Dominos/ McDonalds/ KFC and now wants to run their own shop but can't borrow 250k to do so.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Good Morning Alan,
Thank you for your kind posting. It is refreshing to know there are still some genuine 'angels' out there. I am a 28 Doctor of medical science and have been involved in medical/trauma care most of my career. I've been seriously considering the aesthetics and non-surgical cosmetic industry business. There is continued year on year growth. I'm looking to set up a high street beauty salon, But... with a difference! I want to go beyond the 'norm' As well as a normal salon Hair, nails, tanning, ect I would like to introduce Botox, and laser cosmetic teeth whitening and other aesthetic treatments. At the moment the current trend is to pay 1000's at the high end cosmetic surgery clinics based in major cities. Such as 'Harley Street' London.

I want these treatments to be more accessible to every day local people. People are often put off by looking at these big cosmetic companies due to thier nature of being expensive. However these basic treatments are relativly cheap. This is a new emerging market in which I would like to tap into.

Hi Alan, there is a growing aesthetic business opportunity that meets your specifications well. It is currently generating a substantial turnover and keeping overheads to a minimum.
Based on the past 6 months t/o I work out the ROI to be 29%.
I cover 2 of the busiest clinics, maintain accurate records and continue my professional development in this area.
Looking at growth in the anti-ageing market, the demand for tried and tested non-invasive treatments is increasing exponentially and in future will become part of health and fitness regimes. The brand is well positioned with a highly sustainable business model.
Please email/ phone me if you would like to discuss further.

BUSINESS PARTNER WANTED
I acquired a master license for Spain from a French franchise. Its a shoe shop for Malagas new port with a capacity of 1000 000 cruise passengers for year 2012. The start up capital needed is 165000 euros, I need a partner to invest 50% of the startup capital. Our intentions are to set up to 15 shops in the Spainish major towns for the next 5 years. Our business partner will be invited to grow and expand with us. We have a business plan and the turn overs are great!
