For twenty years the company sold primarily through a distribution network that named and worked on the product for their customers and sold to thousands of users throughout the world. In the last few years products have only been sold direct to end users and the company now has a core of circa thirty-five high value clients. Many of these have been customers for between ten and twenty years.
